They are always on time, very knowledgeable, great customer service, and we haven't had any problems in the 10 plus years that we've used Arrow. I appreciate their follow up as I am so busy that I forget. It's nice not having to worry because I know they will make an appointment that works for me. My general services have been A+ as well. I am currently enrolled in General Pest preventative maintenance, Ant treatments, and have purchased the Sentricon Termite system and utilized the mosquito and rodent treatments in the past. My technician, Miguel has been with us from Day 1 and is very helpful with our general maintenance.
